Government collaboration On March 31, 2026, Board and leadership representatives met with MLAs in Victoria to discuss the organization’s role in protecting the public.

CEO Heidi Yang, P.Eng., joined leaders from the other five PGA regulators in appearing before the Select Standing Committee on Private Bills and Private Members’ Bills to discuss concerns with Bill M216, the Professional Reliance Act .
