Annual Report 2025-2026

Addressing unauthorized practice and misuse of title In 2025–2026, we identified several situations that posed a significant risk of harm to the environment or to the health and safety of the public. In response to those concerns, we released information as legally required to the affected parties to ensure the risk of significant harm could be remediated. Additionally, due to concerns for the public or the environment, we took action to impose conditions on one registrant’s license and suspended the license of another registrant until the investigation and discipline process is completed. These situations, in combination with the high volumes of investigation, discipline, and enforcement matters, reinforce the importance of our role in upholding professional standards and ensuring accountability across the professions.
