Continuing Education Program Compliance Rate

Since its inception, the Continuing Education Program and Annual Reporting have consistently reported high compliance. June 30, 2024, marked the end of the 2023-2024 reporting year and the first three-year rolling period deadline, where practising registrants were required to report 60 Continuing Education Hours of learning activities since 2021. THE FIRM AUDIT PROGRAM The Firm Audit Program completed 316 audits this past year, helping firms understand how well their documented policies and procedures meet legislated requirements, and identify areas where improvements can be made to mitigate risk and streamline processes.

The Firm Audit Program was recognized by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) as 1 of only 11 acceptable alternatives to their ISO 9001 standard. This gave our auditors an opportunity to earn IRCA credentials, improving the rigour and credibility of our regulatory programs.
