Mr. Munroe agreed that where his seal is affixed for services he provides in accordance with his Consent Order, he will qualify the extent of his responsibility in accordance with section 3.4.2 and section 3.4.3 of APEGBC’s Quality Management Guidelines – Use of the APEGBC Seal, dated February 25, 2013. Mr. Munroe agreed to pay a fine of $10,000 and $2,000 towards legal costs. Consent Orders and notices of inquiry and determination are posted on APEGBC’s website. A complaint was received by APEGBC relating to a technical report dated April 9, 2013, authored by Mr. Munroe which contained significant deficiencies and was contrary to National Instrument 43-101. The Investigation Committee of APEGBC recommended that the Discipline Committee hold an inquiry into Mr. Munroe’s conduct. In lieu of proceeding to a disciplinary inquiry, Mr. Munroe signed a Consent Order dated October 15, 2014, in which he admitted he engaged in unprofessional conduct and agreed to a reprimand. Mr. Munroe also agreed to a condition imposed on his membership that he must not perform ore resource or ore reserve estimations as defined in National Instrument 43-101. Despite the condition, Mr. Munroe is permitted to: a. Partner with another professional geoscientist with expertise in ore resource or ore reserve estimations provided that the other professional geoscientist takes responsibility for
