As BC’s regulatory and licensing body for the engineering and geoscience professions, it is our mandate to protect the public interest and maintain standards of excellence for professionals in British Columbia. Achieving certification as a professional engineer (P.Eng.), professional geoscientist (P.Geo.), professional licensee engineering (P.L.Eng.), or professional licensee geoscience (P.L.Geo.) allows individuals to take responsibility for engineering or geoscience work in the province in which they are registered.
