Register now for AGM and conference

submitted by in-person and virtual attendees. Registrants are welcome to submit motions for consideration at the AGM. The deadline for submissions is September 14 at 5 p.m. Registrants who would like to submit a motion should read the Motion Submission Guide and complete the motion submission form on the website (scan AGM code below). All registrants are encouraged to attend and participate in the AGM. Students and members of the public are welcome to attend as observers. Annual Conference The Annual Conference features Continuing Education sessions and inspirational keynote speakers. Registrants can learn from experts and connect with industry leaders and peers in networking opportunities. The final deadline to register in advance for conference sessions is October 5. No refunds will be allowed after September 14.

The 107th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Conference will be held in Victoria, from October 14-16. Registration is open for both events, which will be held at the Victoria Conference Centre. AGM The AGM, held October 14, at 2 p.m., is an opportunity for registrants to hear from the Board and senior staff about the organization’s strategic progress, key initiatives, and financial standing. The AGM will use a hybrid format allowing registrants to attend virtually or in person. Last year, almost 1,000 people attended the AGM in Vancouver, either in person or online. Since more registrants attend the AGM online than in person, this year the Board agreed to adjust the format of the question period.
