PAVEMENT DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE FOR MUNICIPAL ROADWAY INFRASTRUCTURE November 21-22, 2023 | Eligible for 14 CE Hours This course discusses pavement design, specification, subgrade preparation, base/ subbase and surface types and function, construction details, and long-term functional and structural performance considerations to ensure a long life and effective product. It provides details on maintenance and rehabilitation procedures, and how to evaluate both old and new and innovative pavement treatments using life-cycle cost analysis. RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE November 22, 2023 | Eligible for 1 CE Hour If left unchecked, disrespectful behaviours can set the path for microaggressions, harassment and discrimination to thrive. This session defines how respect should be understood in the workplace and strategies to address it.
