Course offers tools for navigating the workplace

Need some tips and tools for managing on the job? Engineers and Geoscientists BC is offering a Continuing Education course for neurodivergent professionals. Navigating the Workplace as a Neurodivergent Individual • April 8 • Noon -1 p.m.(webinar) • CE Hours: 1 hour in Communications and Leadership Tailored for neurodivergent professionals, this session delivers actionable communication strategies, workplace hacks, and self advocacy tools. The workshop will provide tips for managing executive functioning, getting unstuck from task spirals, overcoming task paralysis, escaping cycles of overwhelm, and addressing internalized shame and stigma.
